For all guest in house FULL MOON** a Minimum 5 nights stay is compulsory for all room types and all guests have to pay for compulsory Cocktail party (750 THB/person for adult and 300 THB/person for children 6-12 years old).
- For all guest in house NEW YEAR (stay overnight on 31 Dec.) ** a Minimum 10 nights stay is compulsory for all room types and all guests have to pay for compulsory New year party (2,900 THB/person for adult and 1,450 THB/person for children 6-12 years old).

  Deposit Payment  
  For reservation, Deposit payment can be paid by PayPal System. Customers will receive our Request Payment (invoice) by email, then just click the link in the email. It will lead customers to pay securely on the PayPal website--this PayPal payment system accept all type of credit cards and PayPal account balances.  
     
  1. For Full moon period, the room deposit is 5 nights and Baht 750 per person for Cocktail party.  
  2. For out of Full moon period, the room deposit is up to the length of guest's stay.  
  3. For New year period, the room deposit is 50% and Baht 2,900 per person for New year party.  
  4. In case that the full payment have not been done, guest would be asked to pay the rest when check in.  
     
  Children Conditions  
  - Extra bed and breakfast is free of charge for the first child who is 0-5 years old. The second child who is 0-5 years old will be charged Baht 200/night/child.  
  - For children 6-12 years old, 50% will be charged for extra bed and breakfast.  
  ** More than 2 children 0-12 years old stay with parents are on request.  
     
 
Extra Person

Each room in any type is for 2 persons.

- Maximum can be added only one extra mattress for adult (12 years old up) in a room OR 2 extra mattress for children (0-12 years old) in a room.
- Baht 700 for Hill Side, Wooden, The Cliff, Senior — this price included one mattress and one daily breakfast.

Baht 1,000 for Pool Terrace, Junior Pool Villa and Beach Front Pool Villa – this price included one mattress and one daily breakfast.

Cancellation (Booking via website and WALK IN GUEST)
1. Cancel booking.
- More than 30 days and 30 days before check in date, guest will be charged 15% from deposit amount.
- Less than 30 days to check in date, guest will be charged 50% of deposit amount but not less than 1 night. (if guest paid the deposit for only 1 night, the whole amount have to be charged).
- 7 days and less than 7 days to check in date, guest will be charged for 100% of deposit amount.
2. Less than 7 days to check in date, amending check in or check out date could not be processed. Changing type of the bungalow to be lower price one is non refundable.
3. If 12 hours elapsed past the guest's expected check in time, the hotel assumes cancellation.
4. No Show guest is non-refundable.
